We have No Cancellation and No refund policy due to the fact that we work with fresh product. However – call us if you wish to cancel your order – if your order was not yet fulfilled and our florist hasn’t started assembling the bouquet- we will do our best to cancel and provide store credit imidiatly (store credit is valid for 6 months) or gift compensation. However we will be unable to make any kind of refund if your order has already been taken into production.
